The place is very well situated, cozy, and the staff are extremely friendly. The heating came on a bit late, the winter bedding felt too thin, and while there was a kettle and cups, no spoon was provided for stirring coffee.

The room was very clean, spacious, and in a lovely area. A few restaurants are nearby, and a grocery store is just a 5‑minute drive away. It’s a great spot for one or two nights. The room lacked cutlery and a coffee machine.

The house is in a wonderful area, not far from Plitvice National Park, surrounded by wooded hills, offering peace and clean air. The host is friendly. Some things bothered me: the synthetic sheet material of the bedding was worn, one chair in the room had a torn seat, the bathroom radiator was very hot, the bathroom outlets and one of the improvised lamps were faulty, the shower tiles had soap and mineral stains, the shower ceiling was cracked with debris on the floor, and the worst part was that the morning before checkout we had no hot water for a shower.
