Staff and location. The carpet in the hallways is dirty and torn, and the air conditioning in the corridors is off for most of the day. The furniture in the room is old and outdated, and overall the hotel is run-down and in desperate need of renovation

The location was good, the room was very large, parking was convenient, and the pool was nice, but the building was very old and some elements like the hallway carpet should be replaced.

The hotel is close to the beaches and Volos, the pool is pleasant and breakfast is good. The décor feels dated, the spa is disappointing with cold water pools, the bed isn’t comfortable, there’s no view from the room, and there’s a draft in the room. The staff didn’t really respond when I asked for a room change, only saying they would look into it, and the air‑conditioner is weak.

It was very good, the hotel was large, clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel sits close to both the beach and the town of Volos, offers a decent breakfast and a pleasant pool, but the beds were uncomfortable, the room had a cockroach, the air‑conditioner was weak and the view was only of the parking lot.
