Natura Hotel Monteverde feels like a small family-run spot that pays close attention to details; the staff responded quickly and efficiently to any questions. The room was a bit noisy during the day, but by evening it became very quiet.

New structure, impeccable cleaning. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The location is excellent and quiet, a few minutes from the center, with a delicious freshly prepared breakfast. The real added value is the management: the staff are extremely kind and always very helpful. I will definitely come back! No negatives.
