“Pas au standard international”

My stay was a mixed bag - on the one hand, I was impressed by the beautiful Suite Deluxe room with its lovely window and the warm smile of the staff. However, the Double Deluxe room I initially booked was a letdown, with dim lighting that made it hard to relax, and the staff's limited English skills made communication a challenge. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were not clean, and the pool water was covered in algae. The breakfast in my room was a nice touch, though.

I had an amazing stay thanks to the exceptional staff, particularly Septiani Eka, who went above and beyond to make my experience truly unforgettable. Her kindness and helpfulness made a huge difference in my stay, and I'm so grateful to have had the chance to interact with her.
