The staff were very friendly, breakfast was great, and the Junior Suite was also awesome. Free lockers in the lobby were available throughout the stay, even after checkout if you needed extra time before departure. Service was excellent. The only downside was that a floor‑to‑ceiling heater in the bathroom would have been nice.

The setting was very calming and stylish, staff were super responsive and attentive, the peace was great, bedding was exceptional, the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, and the on‑site facilities were nice, like the foosball table.

The hotel vibe was cool and welcoming, the shower in the room was better than the European average, and the room itself was comfy with an integrated system for light, temperature, and sound, including speakers in the room and bathroom. The location was great, close to many train and bus stops that go to the city center. However, the breakfast replenishment was slow and often didn’t happen at all. The gym photos didn’t match reality; it was smaller and had fewer machines. The room lacked space for clothes and toiletries because there were no shelves or niches.
