The night market center in Da Lat was convenient, but the staff didn’t help with luggage, the hotel’s three-tiered stairs were very steep and carrying luggage was difficult, the room was old, and the carpet was dirty.

I was really looking forward to my morning meal, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The drinks provided were not up to par, and I was disappointed to find that there was no hot soya milk available. To make matters worse, the food wasn't replenished regularly, leaving me with limited options. Overall, I was underwhelmed by the breakfast experience.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service of Linh and Nhung, who were incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout my stay. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference, and I'm grateful for their help. However, I did encounter some issues during my visit, which detracted from my overall experience. Despite this, I want to acknowledge the outstanding job of these two lovely ladies.
