Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I booked mainly for the amenities like the pool, water park, and family‑friendly features. Unfortunately none of those were available; everything was under repair. The sofa bed was torn and had bugs on two walls. Many parents choose this hotel for those facilities, so I think it’s crucial to inform them honestly – integrity matters more than profit.

The room was spacious and nice, but the price felt steep for a two‑night stay.

Everything was flawless, from the room to the waterpark access and nearby shops and eateries. The room was roomy and very cozy, and the breakfast bar offered a wide range of hot and cold options.

The General Manager, Mike Davis, and his entire staff were fantastic, offering amazing hospitality from the moment we walked through the hotel door until check‑out; everyone was friendly and professional. The location was perfect, and my husband and I celebrated our anniversary there this year, which made us very happy with our choice. Gracie's Rooftop Lounge on top of the hotel was amazing too. We will return and recommend this hotel to others. The room was clean and there were plenty of activities. Everything was great!

The overall comfort of the room was good. The location was a downside.
