A heated indoor pool and an outdoor jacuzzi were great, and the hotel was only 7 minutes from the blue mountain village with a free gondola and agora ticket. The downside was that kids ran down the hallway and their noise could be heard in our room.

The staff were amazing, everyone was friendly and kind. However, the walls were super thin, so you heard everything; our upstairs neighbor was hammering or something, which was very loud, but they stopped before we went to bed, thankfully.

The location was ideal for unwinding after the weekend event, and it was my second visit because it’s close to the village and where I needed to be without traveling far.

The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the Village, and the outdoor hot tubs were a highlight. Staff were very helpful, and breakfast at The Pottery was great; the waitresses were hardworking and enjoyable to chat with. The only drawback was that, although the Blue Mountain gondola ride to the top was fantastic, nothing was open at the top during the day, so we walked around a bit before heading back down the gondola.

A walking distance to village and pet friendly facility. The shower only half cover so water splatters everywhere
