The place is about a 10‑minute walk from Kintetsu’s Yamato‑Yagi Station and roughly 15 minutes from JR Noe‑bō Station, making it a convenient base for sightseeing (though Noe‑bō has fewer trains, so watch that). The bathroom had an alcohol dispenser in front and the plumbing area was spotless, giving the whole spot a clean vibe. There were two common areas where I could relax, and I spent fun times planning trips with the owner, who knows Nara well, and chatting. Within walking distance are Iimaya‑cho and the Fujiwara‑no‑mi ruins, and Iimaya‑cho was truly a wonderful town. I’d suggest staying a night beforehand so you can stroll leisurely in the relatively quiet morning.

The owner was great and the cleaning was thorough, so it felt very comfortable. I woke up early the next morning and did a round of Miyama, and they were very accommodating. Thanks a lot. There are no drawbacks at this price; everything was fine.

The space was comfortable and clean. Check‑in was late and check‑out was very early, plus there were strict shower times. The host also has a rule that guests cannot stay on the premises between 10:30 and 16:30. It’s not the ideal accommodation if you want to explore the area.
