“Great place to stop over, close to main areas of pompei.”
The place was solid: comfy bed, tidy bathroom, good air‑con, and the room stayed quiet even though it’s next to a road. Check‑in instructions were clear and getting to the room was a breeze. There’s a nice roof terrace, but it was too hot when we tried to use it. Nothing else to complain about.

The location was fine, but the room didn’t match the website’s claims: no mini‑bar, no advertised wine or champagne, and no coffee maker. Coffee is only in a basement machine, and when I asked about the wine, I was told there are plenty of bars down the street. I’m disappointed—it feels like false advertising. Worse, the air‑con is weak and only works when the key is in the slot, and there’s just one key, so cooling the room after a day of sightseeing is impossible.
The place is central and the room is very cozy, with all the essentials. The bathroom and air‑con are fine, and the bed is comfortable. However, the welcome needs improvement. Guests should receive clear instructions on how to enter and access the rooms. I personally checked the badge after leaving for a concert at the amphitheater, and it didn’t work to open the room at night. I called for help and had to suggest getting new keys immediately. If I hadn’t tried, I would have been locked out. Instructions should be given and verified upon arrival.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and about five minutes to bars and restaurants. I’d recommend it to anyone heading to Pompeii.
