I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which failed to live up to its overhyped reputation. The room was old and not well-maintained, with towels that seemed to be from a bygone era. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, and the bed sheets and pillows felt like they belonged in a museum. The price of 1780/- was far too steep for what I got, and I wouldn't have paid more than 700/- for it.

The hotel has made a commendable effort to update its facilities and provide timely information to customers, which is a big plus. However, the staff still needs to work on their learning and practice to offer better customer support consistently. I appreciate their willingness to improve, and I hope they continue to strive for excellence in serving all their customers.

I was a bit disappointed to find that breakfast wasn't served until 9 am, which is a bit late for my liking. Unfortunately, almost everything else about my stay was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare, with my room being poorly maintained and smelling of dust. The landline wasn't working, and the side table drawer handle was hanging off. To make matters worse, I was only provided with one slipper and one brush for two people, and the WiFi wasn't working. The service staff seemed to be in disarray, and it took them a while to arrange everything after we arrived. To top it all off, they didn't even provide us with a room key initially.
