This hotel has some great qualities, but what really stood out was the staff. Zeid in particular was fantastic - he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was always cheerful and had a great energy, which made the whole stay feel more enjoyable. The only thing that kept me from giving it a full thumbs up was the room itself, which was a bit small, but Zeid more than made up for it with his excellent service.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, thanks to the incredible staff. Salem, the owner, was a perfect host - he'd join us for dinner every night, build a bonfire, and even serve us hot tea. His nephew Zeip was equally enthusiastic and responded promptly to our booking inquiries. Our tour guide and driver Joseph was also very genuine and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were delicious and offered a great variety.

I recently spent a blissful few days at this enchanting getaway, and it was an absolute treat from start to finish. The warm and cosy huts were the perfect retreat after a day of exploring, and our hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They even provided delicious breakfast and takeaway lunch options, which made our stay feel like a real holiday.
