The value for money and cleanliness were good. Some parts of the room and bathroom need to be renewed.

“Bien sin parking”

The hotel was thorough, clean, and had an elevator. There was no parking, yet the details claimed there was—so we left the car on the street. They told us they would remove that detail, which is not a minor issue.

“UN DESASTRE !!”

Nothing. No hubo comunicación ninguna llamando Àl mr de teléfono o Dejando mensajes en booking app Jamás tuve respuesta solo un mensaje con los códigos ( imposible dejar mensaje buzón lleno todo el tiempo!) Muy difícil poder abrir cajetín de llaves y saca llave ( cuatro intentos )y Àl marcharme Imposible abrir de nuevo cajetín (varios huéspedes igual que yo) dejamos llave dentro habitación Cama hacía mucho ruido y Muy gastada vieja y se hundía el colchón Habitación huele a humedad terrible ver foto's y hay una burra en Medio que ocupa todo espacio En Edredón estaba sucio y hacia frío y No había mantas!! Solo sabana y pase mucho frío Sábanas Sucias encontré 4 pelos de cabello negros y cortos ( soy rubia y tengo cabellos largos !) Tuve que dormir vestida sobre la sábana me dio asco ! En là taza del WC tambien encontré Un pelo del Mismo señor/a (?) Suelo del baño muy resbaladizo con suela go à debido a la humedad en el cuarto Detrás cama había Un kleenex arrugado y dos dedos de Polvo de hace meses . Un hierro peligroso sale de la pared en la cabecera de la cama ( room 102!) Habitación da à un patio interior y no puedes abrir Persiana ya que te ve el huésped de enfrente Una simple Mini pastilla De Jabón pequeña y nada más por 50€?? Had de sentarte en Wc de Lado porque no pegas las Rodillas con ducha no caben!! Puerta wc cuesta de Abrir y cerrar esta hinchada por abajo Luces baño se Encendían y apagaban à du aire Se fue là Luz y a las 05:00 de la mañana tuve que esperarme media hora larga à que volviese para poder arreglarme Mucho ruido carretera principal UN DESASTRE

“Adequat per a descansar i passar la nit sense grans expectatives.”

The hotel was decent and easy to reach from Santiago, fitting the price paid. It was clean and tidy, and it had everything you need to rest after a full day of sightseeing with friends. We never saw a manager during our four days and three nights. We received the message with instructions and codes to enter and retrieve the keys, but as mentioned, we had no personal contact with any staff member, which felt a bit cold. There was no ice or shampoo, and only a small bar of hand soap was provided.
