Everything. One of the best

We stayed at the hotel to enjoy the spa and its central Sofia location, a spot I always love when visiting. The room was roomy and comfortable, and the rooftop bar offered a great view. Still, the hotel feels a bit overpriced for what it offers; the service lacks warmth and care, and the room feels somewhat “empty,” making the experience feel impersonal for a five‑star rating.

Location, beds, and cleanliness were great. The only downside was the lack of service.

The balcony, location, food, and separate wet‑dry bathroom were all good. The front‑desk staff were patient, professional, and quickly resolved any issues.
