The staff are attentive and caring. When I had a medical issue they were very supportive. The terrace is great for afternoon reading. The place is very clean and the location is convenient. The noise is real, but earplugs help me sleep.

The location is good, the rooms are comfortable, it’s newly renovated and the staff are very friendly. They gave us lunch packs for the days we couldn’t have breakfast because of the tour schedule. Nothing else to note.

We were very happy with this place, located in the center. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the terrace where breakfast is served is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the Misti and Chachani volcanoes. The staff are truly kind and helpful; they let us store our luggage for the two days we climbed Chachani. Nothing went wrong.
