Clean, quiet, comfortable space; the layout was loved by the kids.
“値段通り”
The hotel was quiet and relaxed enough for a couple’s stay, yet the check‑in email was confusing.
“總體上還不錯,但希望能提早通知目前的問題”
The room’s ambience matched a simple design aesthetic, but a guest who left late didn’t inform the next occupant beforehand.
“Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Très cher pour le service proposé et très loin du standard japonais.”
I couldn’t find anything to like about this place; it felt unsafe, the wardrobes were broken and doors swung shut on our feet, exposed electrical wires dangled in the bathroom posing an electrocution hazard when water ran, we were three people but only got two towels, there was no shampoo and only a used sample left from previous guests, the staff ignored our concerns, the bathroom shower was clogged and caused a flood, and when we asked to be moved because it wasn’t safe for our 18‑month‑old baby, they refused, leaving us extremely disappointed and ruining our Tokyo trip.
The property struck me as very appealing, blending Japanese style with modern furnishings; the room clearly looked brand‑new, fairly spacious, and although there was no front desk, questions were answered quickly, the online check‑in was straightforward with clear instructions, and a late checkout at 11:00 am was appreciated. The only downside was that, without a reception, the key was left in a box and the room was a bit echoey.
