“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Park Nine Hotel Suvarnabhumi .”
The hotel was lovely—spotlessly clean, attractive, and welcoming. The swimming pool was a great size. The bars and restaurants offered good food and drink. What stood out was the staff; they were extremely professional and welcoming, ensuring everything ran smoothly for our stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel. It is an excellent location for the airport but quite far from central Bangkok.

The breakfast was decent but not outstanding, the room was spacious and spotless, the shuttle ran like clockwork, the beds were comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for catching a flight. The bathroom would be much easier to use with a sliding door; as it stands it’s awkward to move around, and there were no bathroom amenities at all—likely an oversight by the team. A five‑star property shouldn’t make those mistakes, and the breakfast doesn’t merit five stars either.
The hotel is truly charming and perfect for anyone who needs to stay near the airport; just across the road there’s a food market with delicious eats, a cute mall with a Starbucks, and further down the street a Uniqlo, which totally won me over 😅. The staff were lovely and helpful, and I highly recommend it.

The pool was gorgeous and the on‑site restaurant was a real perk, plus the early‑morning shuttle to the airport was spot‑on—better than a taxi. The rate was shockingly low, and I’ll pass it on to coworkers and friends. Nothing else to note.
The hotel is magnificent, the staff is very friendly and professional, and the price‑quality ratio is unbeatable with a free shuttle service to the airport! I recommend it without hesitation.
