Fantastic hotel, super clean and well organized, staff were very friendly—really a family‑run place—and we’ll definitely come back again!

The spot is perfect—high up on the slope with a killer valley view. Spotlessly clean and the food was varied and tasty. Honestly, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was solid, dinner decent. The hotel itself was clean, nicely decorated, and the parking was huge. The view was a highlight. On the downside, the spa and saunas were tiny, and there was a noisy donkey at 6 am every morning—funny, but annoying. The room lacked a fridge and even a single bathroom shelf. The staff were formally polite but seemed disinterested, no smiles. We’ve been to Austria yearly and this was the worst experience.
