Our stay at Ivory Resort, Sri Lanka, was truly fantastic from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff were brilliant—incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was wonderfully spacious, spotless, and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great range of options to suit every taste. The resort’s location is ideal: it offers a peaceful escape away from the hustle and bustle of Hiriketiya, yet it’s convenient enough to reach the beach area in just a 15-to-20-minute walk or a quick 5-minute tuk-tuk ride. What impressed us most, however, was the outstanding customer service. When my EarPods were accidentally damaged by the housekeeping team, the manager handled the situation swiftly and without hesitation, resolving the issue to complete satisfaction. That level of care and accountability truly sets this place apart. Overall, the whole experience during our stay was amazing, and we would highly recommend Ivory Resort to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at Ivory Resort Dickwella and were blown away by the service. From the moment we checked in, the front desk team greeted us warmly and was always ready with a smile. A special shout‑out to Ravindra at the restaurant, whose attentiveness, flexibility, and genuine willingness to help made every meal feel special. The food was absolutely scrumptious, and every dish was a delight. The team’s versatility and willingness to cater to every request ensured we were comfortable, well looked after, and thoroughly satisfied throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a team that combines such warm hospitality, flexibility, and outstanding service so effortlessly. A heartfelt thank you to Ravindra and everyone at Ivory Resort Dickwella for making our experience so enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional hospitality, delicious food, and a team that truly goes the extra mile! We would love to visit again. The room views and the beach‑side location were great, but what made the stay unforgettable was the staff. From the housekeeping ladies to the front desk team, the security guard at the entrance, and everyone in the restaurant—both the chef and the waiters—were all fantastic. The room was very comfortable, clean, and worthy of a resort, and all the staff were very friendly. It isn’t in the center of Hiriketiya, but it’s only 4 minutes away.
