The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and everything was perfect during my stay—thanks a lot, much appreciated.
The bedding and room were clean, but the one staff member made me feel like a nuisance when I asked for an extra blanket and initially said none were available; only one TV channel worked, the shower water was ice‑cold at night and in the morning in the room near reception—please address that. The week before I booked, the room was perfect with plenty of hot water; I'm not sure if Booking app guests receive the same standard as onsite bookings—please fix that too.
