Fullarton Motor Lodge

We stayed three nights at the Fullerton Motor Lodge in Adelaide and it was a wonderful experience! The receptionist was a fantastic lady—I only wish I’d asked her name. She was warm, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel welcome right away. A minor issue with the room we were originally assigned was caught before we arrived, and the staff kindly upgraded us at no extra cost. I had forgotten to ask for a ground‑floor room because of mobility issues, but everything worked out nicely. A big thank you to the hardworking behind‑the‑scenes team who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. This genuine hospitality and thoughtful service really made a difference. We’d happily come back and highly recommend it.

It’s the cleanest, most comfortable motel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely come back. Any questions we had were answered and we’re very happy with the service.

It was great that they offered a family‑friendly room with four beds, a kitchen, and the bus stop right in front. The building is old, so the room was very dark and we ate dinner in dim light. We stayed two nights, but the only towels were large bath towels for each person—no hand towels, no bath mat, and no tissues. There was a bowl that looked like instant coffee sticks, but it was almost all sugar: 20 sugar packets and only 4 coffee sticks for four people over two nights.

“Cost-effective recommended accommodations.”

The rooms were very clean and well‑organized, and the daily cleaning service was well managed. The value for money was truly the best. The staff were kind, and I could get to the city in 10 minutes, making it a comfortable experience.
