The location, and the very friendly staff. This was our third stay at this hotel, and our fifth visit to Patong. It needs a bit of maintenance and TLC. The hotel, plus Patong is now overrun with Indians !! We are definitely not racist, but it’s no longer somewhere that we would visit again. They were rude, ignorant, pigs when it came to eating at the hotel, but most annoying was the way they treated the staff. Disgusting. They obviously visit often, because there was very little food on offer, other than Indian !!

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods, and the pool was spotless, which I really enjoyed. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Near the end of our stay, my cousin fell ill, but the hotel staff took excellent care of him.
