Our family called Kusum Hotel our little home in Kathmandu! The family room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, making us feel welcome from day one. The food was delicious, service good, and the location convenient for traveling around Kathmandu. After a long day outside, returning to Kusum felt like coming home, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Nepal.

We had a wonderful stay at Kusum Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable and cozy, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food was so delicious and service so unexpected. The location was convenient for exploring Kathmandu, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. As travelers from Australia, we felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Great value for money and a lovely place to stay in Kathmandu. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend Kusum Hotel to anyone visiting Nepal. See you on my next trip, see you soon. Nothing major to complain about. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. 😌
