The room wasn’t what I expected when I arrived; it didn’t feel fully clean, and the environment made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, so I checked out that same night instead of staying. I’m asking for a refund because of the room’s condition and my inability to remain there safely.

I tried to watch TV but it was broken, so I kept going back to the front desk with different remotes. The connecting door to the neighboring room had a faulty lock, which felt scary, so I switched rooms; the new key worked, probably because the staff remotely activated it. The front‑office staff were friendly and professional.
