Excellent location. The facilities were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and Mrs. Jaqueline was very kind and cordial.

The room was comfortable and we only stayed one night, which was perfect since it was right next to the venue for our event. Breakfast was tasty and the lady at the front desk was really friendly. Honestly, everything was fine.

The hostel has decent facilities – the shower and bathroom work well – but it’s tucked away in a quiet area with hardly any shops nearby, so you have to walk a fair way to reach the city centre.

My room was clean and comfy, breakfast was included and the staff were very helpful. The only drawback is that without a car getting to downtown Viña is a little awkward if you rely on the bus.
