The staff were available, but the manager only spoke Spanish, and in the morning the person in charge tried to enter the room for no clear reason.

The owner let me pay in cash when my card failed, but the address was wrong and I got lost, the bed was covered in hair and bugs, the toilet flush didn’t work, there was no other guest and the owner let me in remotely, and the Wi‑Fi password didn’t work.
