“FUYEZ”
We had a nightmare at this hotel - we booked two rooms and confirmed our arrival time, but when we got there, they said only one room was available. It took them ages to find our reservation, and they kind of implied that we'd messed up the booking process. The reception staff didn't even try to help us out, it was like they expected us to sort it out ourselves. The owner eventually offered us a choice between one room or a second room at a different hotel over a kilometer away.
