The place was super clean and comfortable.
The location was convenient for my trip and the bed was comfortable. However, the front desk staff were not present when we checked in; someone else was there and asked if we needed anything. It was 4:30 pm, check‑in starts at 4:00 pm, and another couple was waiting. I didn’t mind a brief wait, but the lack of available front‑desk staff felt unprofessional. The room also had an old, dusty odor.
I liked how welcoming the front staff was, the room was very clean and nice, and overall it was a really nice stay.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at the Fairfield Hotel in Moreno Valley, California; the staff were extremely welcoming, the room was spotless, and the amenities were just right for a relaxing visit. The only minor issue was that the shower‑tub combo had a back‑up, which made showering a bit difficult, but otherwise it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely return.
