The hotel looked good and the staff were polite, but the room was very small, the bathroom water pressure was very low—showering was a struggle—and the hot water was lukewarm, so I was somewhat disappointed given that this is the most expensive hotel in the area.

The property was clean, a quiet oasis with friendly staff, the indoor pool was great, the breakfast was tasty, and the kids’ free activities—basketball, table tennis, billiards—surprised me; I couldn’t understand why the hotel only has 3 stars, it definitely deserves more. Everything else was flawless.
