Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel was a beautiful, serene retreat with excellent facilities and service; the rooms were spacious and the staff were attentive and helpful. High tea turned out to be a lovely experience, and both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of good options, while the bars were also enjoyable. Nothing was lacking.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Ranthambore Regency, and the team went above and beyond. From the start, everything was made effortless: they arranged our transfers to and from Jaipur and had already booked our jeep safaris for the two days, so we could simply relax and anticipate the adventure. The staff were wonderful throughout—attentive, thoughtful, genuinely caring, and always happy to help; no request felt too much trouble, and we felt truly well looked after. The food deserves a special mention too; every meal was a real treat. What really stood out was how invested the team were in making our stay special; after returning from the safari with the luck of seeing tigers, the staff were absolutely delighted for us, sharing the excitement with people who genuinely cared rather than just providing a service.

The level of service was exceptional, especially in the restaurant where a staff member attended to a guest with an allergy and even cooked special treats. Safari organisation ran smoothly and the hotel staff were very helpful. It could not have been better—12/10.

The hotel felt like a welcome green haven and was immaculate; the pool was very pretty and the photos throughout the hotel were great. Above all, the staff were amazing—helpful and welcoming, truly exceptional service. Everything was perfect.
