I booked a spacious studio apartment, which I think is better than a regular room.

“Clean comfortable and very good breakfast .”

Well situated, clean, with good amenities like an in‑house café and a solid restaurant; breakfast was also very good. The staff were helpful and courteous, especially Temo and Lana for taking care of us. No complaints.

Sometimes they could have made a bigger effort to resolve requests, but overall it was acceptable.

“Do not recommend”

The hotel cleaning staff were good, very thorough in their cleaning. Likewise the breakfast kitchen staff were nice and the omelettes were good each morning. I prepaid my accomodation prior to my arrival . Before I had even arrived at the hotel I received messages purporting to be from the hotel requesting for me to confirm my booking via a payment link - I received 5 in total (one during my stay) as well as countless calls from both Georgian and Indian numbers that I didn’t answer. I advised the front staff upon checking a couple of times - they blamed me as suggested I had clicked on a link. Even whilst saying another guest had received the same when I had checked in. Needless to say I didn’t feel secure about having my details logged with this hotel. In terms of the hotel - the room was fine, however for the first two nights I had to sleep with a single duvet / blanket (see the picture as to how ridiculous this was). The reason I couldn’t change it as I arrived late and left early the following day to do a 17 hour tour. Also it’s impossible to take a shower without the bathroom floor becoming a swimming pool (and there’s no drain). So that’s not ideal

The staff were very welcoming, helpful, friendly, and the place was clean and in a great location, yet the wifi was terrible—no connection in the rooms at all, forcing us to sit in the corridor to call our families.
