The hotel features newly refurbished rooms with LCD TVs, video-on-demand, personal fridges, and original mattresses for optimal weight distribution. It's a 4-minute train ride to Tokyo Skytree and 15 minutes to Ginza and Tsukiji areas.

The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable, but the elevator kept acting up.

The amenities were all there, no issues, and the front desk staff were polite. However, there were crumbs—like tissue paper—scattered under the bed light, and some of the equipment looked old and visibly dirty.

The bed was good, but the small trash cans and the staff on our first day were a let‑down.

The location is great—30 minutes to the city center—and you can see the Skytree from the entrance. The only drawback is the pillow, which isn’t the most comfortable.
