Apartment‑style residence, close to shops and public transport, clean, air‑conditioning OK, key retrieval was fairly easy. Good contact with local airport shuttles. The only drawback is the bathrooms, which are a bit old‑fashioned but functional.

The spot is well‑located, but the place feels like a scam: you’re forced to hand over 20 € in cash for cleaning or scrub the unit yourself—nothing about that is in the listing. The shower is so old it’s almost disgusting.

The welcome was superb, and Mélodie kept in touch. The apartment matched the description and the view of l'ile du gosier was great! Parking was easy, and the beach was close by. We’ll come back.

The view and the reception were good. A few more salt, oil, and sugar would have been nice, and the neighbors on the back terrace (next to the room) were too close for comfort.

The ocean view was nice, and the front‑desk staff were courteous and helpful. There’s no parking lot, so finding a spot on the street is tough. It’s listed as a hotel, but it really feels like an Airbnb.
