I liked how centrally located it was and the cleaning was good. The room smelled strongly of pipes, and even covering the bathroom drain didn’t help. We were on the first floor, and the noise from the neighboring eatery was loud until about 12:30 pm, with the sliding door opening and closing right into our room. The price seemed high compared to another central place we stayed in Madrid for less. Since we had no other option for our return, we didn’t book again.
