The spot is great and the price is solid, with a comfy bed and plenty of cheap local eats nearby. The AC works well, though the linens feel a bit worn but still soft. Room quality can vary, yet it was always tidy; my second stay had a similar room but in better shape. The only issue is the poor sound insulation; adding felt pads to chairs would help, and earplugs are handy for hallway and street noise.

The staff helped us check in early. The room was very dirty, not swept, full of hair.

The rooms were spacious. Cleanliness was completely absent: the bathroom was filthy, the toilet had never been cleaned since installation and the sink was black, and the sheets were also lacking. It’s a shame because the room itself wasn’t bad, but the lack of cleaning means people won’t return. I had three more nights booked and I cancelled.

The only positive was the location. The rating doesn’t reflect reality at all. We encountered unacceptable hygiene: hair everywhere, even in the shower drain, and the pillows were yellow. The overall dirtiness was so bad that after checking in and seeing the room we left. To top it off, a sign at the entrance said no cancellations after check‑in, something unheard of elsewhere. A truly awful experience. I don’t recommend it under any circumstances.
