The hotel was clean and suitable for a day stay, with both hot and cold water and a fan; the photos in the app showed a different hotel than the one I received, which was not what they promised, but they did offer an alternative. Their TVs were very old. I booked through the app, and almost when I was about to arrive, an hour before check‑in, they called to say they didn't have my room. They offered another option that I had to take, blaming the app; the hotel they offered was far from the city center. They said they would provide transport, but we never used it. The hotel staff were very rude, and they told me to call another hotel called Gina. The room I ended up in was Plaza de Toros. They gave me two separate rooms, but that was the best they could do. I had family, and I spent a nervous night worrying that my children were in another room. There was a balcony, but I demanded what I had reserved, and they wouldn't refund because it was through the app. I was already 40 minutes away from the hotel, so why would they say they had availability and then send me elsewhere? The cost felt like staying in a central hotel, but they sent me to one on the outskirts, which felt unfair. I don't recommend them; they blamed the app and washed their hands of responsibility.

“Para una noche esta bien”

The view at the hotel is great, and the location is excellent. The room left a lot to be desired: the cooling didn't produce cold air, the beds were uncomfortable, and the lights only turned on in the bathroom and a single lamp.
