The spot is great, but the owner doesn’t make the most of it. I think the renovation should happen room by room, starting with those listed on Booking and other sites. The room I stayed in is only suitable for a single night because of several issues: a broken mirror, a torn sheet, hard pillows, a blanket without a sheet, rough towels that can even scratch, an air‑conditioner that ignores commands, a TV with only free channels, and the worst irritation was the moldy walls.

“estadia bem desconfortável”

The location was good. The room had a strong cigarette smell, the air‑conditioner needed maintenance, the bed was hard, ventilation was lacking, and the door locks were loose.

The location and low price were great! The only downside was that the pillows could have been softer.

The location is excellent if you want to be near Avenida Paulista and enjoy São Paulo’s nightlife. The bed could be a bit more comfortable.
