The bed was comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t good enough; there were no fruits or juice, and the carpet was dirty.

Convenience was the main positive. The staff were rude. The pool was closed. The fire pit wasn’t working. There was no kitchenette in the room, and bugs were found in two different rooms.

Excellent , clean room ! Close to everything in Pigeon Forge! Beds comfortable, all amenities included. There is nothing we disliked

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean, but the iron had blue dye on it, so when I tried to iron my shirt it left blue streaks. I told the staff, and they said it wasn’t their problem.
