I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. Despite paying for my stay, I was left standing in front of a locked door with no one around to let me in. The only communication I received was a confirmation email from the booking platform, but no one was available to assist me. It's unacceptable that I was left in the dark like this, and I'm still waiting for a response to my concerns.

“Slechte communicatie”

The hotel's proximity to the highway made parking a breeze, but the check-in process was a source of frustration. After booking, we tried to inform the hotel of our late arrival, but they didn't respond to our messages. We had to call multiple times to get an update, and even then, they claimed they would send an email, but it never arrived. On the day of our arrival, we received no message, but fortunately, the keys and invoice were left on the reception desk.

“Utuk ved andkomst ingen betjening”

It was impossible to gain access to the hotel, as there was no staff on duty. Luckily, some guests had a key and were able to let us in, helping us out. The lack of staff made it difficult for us to get in.

The hotel was affordable and conveniently located near the highway, but my stay was marred by several issues. When we arrived, the door was locked, and it was difficult to contact the hotel. To make matters worse, breakfast was only available from 8:00 AM, which was far too late for us.

I was left standing in front of a locked door when I arrived at this hotel, despite having booked and paid for my stay. The hotel was dark and unoccupied, and I was unable to reach anyone for assistance. I was forced to book another hotel in the area, resulting in a double payment. The lack of communication and response to my concerns is appalling, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
