“Ein wunderbares Hotel, dass uns in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt hat”
Getting there with the stunning view of the Biodola Bay and the hotel below is always a treat. We were especially impressed by the extraordinary hospitality. Even though we arrived around 9:45 am, we were allowed to use the hotel facilities immediately and could even have breakfast. That’s not something you expect. Our generous, very clean corner room with balcony and sea view left no wishes unfulfilled. The balcony clothesline was a real convenience. A big thank you also to Imma, who tended to our room with great care and contributed to our well‑being with her friendly attitude. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, with fresh fruit, juices, eggs, dishes, and a large selection of sweet and savory items. Lunch and dinner also impressed us with their excellent quality and reasonable prices. We’d like to highlight the entire staff: always attentive, warm, and courteous, showing genuine interest in guests. Small personal chats and the fact that many individual preferences were remembered made the stay especially pleasant. The well‑maintained hotel grounds, Mediterranean atmosphere, and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal‑clear water completed our holiday. Parking organization worked flawlessly. Even when our reserved beach umbrella was taken elsewhere, a suitable solution was found immediately. We’ve now visited three different hotels on Elba, and the Biodola has convinced us by far the most. If we travel to Elba again, it will be to the Biodola. The only downside was that the restaurant directly at the stand was already closed due to the approaching season’s end. The beach bar with smaller snacks remained open. A heads‑up before arrival would have been helpful, but it was a minor inconvenience that didn’t affect our otherwise wonderful stay.
