“Worst hotel ever, please avoid”
It is indeed the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, so much noise and no light blocking curtains. It is indeed the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, so much noise and no light blocking curtains
The room was spacious and clean. The heater had a small leak. We are the type of couple that don’t complain, but I hope someday it will never happen again. You know what I mean.
The bathrooms definitely need renovation, especially the plumbing. Water doesn’t come out correctly and there are leaks everywhere. Every time we shower, the bathroom floods; I’d suggest installing water‑stop strips. The beds are comfortable, but the sheets are a bit stained. The receptionist was very kind, smiling and helpful, and the staff handling breakfast were very good. Beware of their tuc‑tuc (tricycle) network, particularly a guy named EDDIE who was presented as a “guide”; he was very shady on our last day, a real shame because we had been very satisfied until then.
The beach‑front location was excellent.
Nothing. We booked a deluxe room with sea view and ended up in a room with a wall view! No effort from staff to find a solution!
