The food and rooms are spacious and neat. The intercom didn’t work.

The room was very clean and roomy, but it had no windows. If you’re claustrophobic, stay away. The front‑desk staff need better training; the Wi‑Fi password was wrong and I called several times but no one answered, so I had to go in and ask for it. At check‑in, someone was with me just to drop off my bag, but the receptionist was more interested in asking questions about that person. There were no greetings, no “good morning,” no “good day,” nothing. The housekeeping staff were nice.
