We were very satisfied with the hotel; the food was extensive with many world flavors, and the location is close to the city center and easily reachable. The spa and massages were excellent. It was a pity that the hotel restaurant was in a different building, so we had to walk a lot.

The food was always tasty, the kitchen was clean, and the a la carte options were also great. The staff were attentive. The loungers on the beach were washed early in the morning. There were no clear signage boards throughout the premises. Access to the beach is blocked at many points and you have to search for a long time. No Champions League matches were broadcast.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, the sea was crystal clear, the food was tasty, and we had a blast; the staff were friendly, so we thank everyone. The rooms were comfortable and clean, leaving us very satisfied.

The building’s location and sea view were great, but the à la carte menu didn’t offer enough variety and the staff in that section seemed clueless.

We had a terrible stay at Duja Hotel Didim. The place was overcrowded, and even the parking lot barely had space, forcing us to park on the edge of the property. Food service was chaotic, with long lines everywhere and a complete lack of organization. The staff moved extremely slowly and offered almost no assistance. Hygiene was the worst part: everything felt filthy. Our room smelled, and the restaurant had a horrible odor that made me choke and sometimes forced me to hold my hand over my nose. After the first day, I stopped eating in the restaurant entirely. I also photographed leaks from the ceiling; water literally fell onto heads and even onto food while it was being served. That’s unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The staff were rude and unhelpful. At checkout we had to call multiple times to arrange a buggy for our luggage—four calls before anything happened, and no one listened. The hotel was extremely crowded with many people and children, noisy, chaotic, and overfull. In short, it was a disastrous holiday. I give it 1/10 and would not recommend it.
