The new, modern facilities, the key card entry, and overall cleanliness and strategic location were good, but the room was tiny with little space for luggage and overall cramped and uncomfortable, plus no welcome coffee.

Bontio was solid. Everything worked out fine, no hiccups. Felt comfortable and clean.

They gave me a refund, which was good. But when the room had issues they didn't fix it fast. The payment process was over the top and not user‑friendly.
