The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient, right next to Boullion with its own parking. However, the hotel sits on a fairly busy street, and the rooms are on the front side, so when the windows were open the noise was noticeable. The rooms also feel quite dated.

The room was ugly, painted black, gloomy and cramped with no wardrobe, a dirty toilet, and the Wi‑Fi only worked in the lounge.

The staff greeted us right away and were genuinely friendly. Their warm welcome set a good tone for the whole stay.

It’s a tiny place, which can feel a bit impersonal at times. Whenever we had a question we had to pick up the phone, and the lady who helped us was tucked away in a private area. We only called when there was truly nothing else we could do.
