“Gezellige kamer met toplocatie”

Toplocatie! Gezellige en propere kamer. Voldoende gezamenlijke badkamertjes waardoor het allemaal vlot verliep. Personeel zorgde (gelukkig) telkens voor propere badkamers, je moet eerder wat geluk hebben met de andere huurders ;-)

The only thing that stood out was the room. The common areas were lacking, and the bathroom was not clean.

The room was small but functional, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was great, close to supermarkets, shops, and cafés. Getting there was a bit tricky because the numbering didn’t match the street name; it was a tucked‑in corner behind a café. A very friendly person helped us when we were lost and mentioned that many people have the same issue with that block’s numbering.

“Did the job but small changes could have made the experience much better.”

The location was fine, and the beds were decent. The door lock system was annoying, the power kept tripping, and there was no room cleaning or fresh towels.

The location was convenient, close to the city center and the metro. The check‑in was a nightmare, all done via phone. When we arrived, we still hadn’t received the codes to unlock the room or to drop off our bags. We tried calling the 24‑hour number listed, but got no answer. The building concierge contacted the manager to have us called back. Throughout our stay we struggled to get into the room because every door is phone‑controlled. We kept trying to reach someone, still no reply. Finally, when someone answered, they told us we’d have to wait an hour for someone to come, even though our phone had no battery. Luckily, other guests who had managed to open the doors appeared.
