The staff were wonderful, breakfast was great with refills until the very last minute, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom had both cold and hot water. However, there was a leak dripping over the toilet while it was in use; it was really bad to think that the water dripping onto the toilet came from the apartment above 201, which I occupied. The beds should have locks so they don’t open. A few times the card that opens the door simply stopped working and I had to go back to the front desk for the lady to unlock it again. Despite these setbacks, I would stay at the hotel again.
