The rooms were very clean, everything felt new and well‑maintained, the bed and linens were extremely comfortable, and the view was absolutely incredible. Unfortunately, none of the staff speaks English, not even at reception, which makes communication tough for international guests. The rooms are nice, but the layout could be better; the sink is right at the entrance, offering little privacy, and there are no convenient places to hang towels – a few towel hooks would help. Breakfast starts at 7 am; I suggest starting at 6 am because many people need to leave early. Another downside is the TV: everything is only available in Chinese, including the language settings, which surprised me since I saw many international guests staying there. It would be helpful to add English. There was also an elevator problem during my stay, so I had to use the emergency/service stairs. The difference between the guest areas and the back areas was shocking: while the guest areas were clean and well‑maintained, the service staircase was extremely dirty, dusty, and full of cobwebs, feeling completely neglected. Overall, the hotel has many positives, but these details need more attention, especially for a place that welcomes international guests.
