The room was very clean, new, and modern, and the staff were friendly. There’s a mini‑market below the hotel, but we didn’t explore the area because we only stayed for the night before our flight from Surabaya to Lombok. We noticed a small leak under the sink, but a maintenance guy arrived within five minutes and fixed it. The food was pricey, some dishes were unavailable, and overall the quality wasn’t great.
