From the moment I checked in, the reception staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient, and the entire team went out of their way to make my stay comfortable; everything from check‑in to check‑out ran smoothly. It was a truly fantastic hotel and I highly recommend it.

The location is great for hopping straight onto the subway to the old town. The staff, however, struggled with German and could use better training.
